Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Appointments may be booked online up to 30 days in advance and are subject to availability. A valid card may be required to reserve your appointment. By booking, you agree to our cancellation and no-show policy. Cancellation Policy We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, may be subject to a late cancellation/no-show fee of FULL AMOUNT OF SERVICE SCHEDULED ($250/evaluation, $200/follow up). We may waive the fee in the case of illness, emergency, or severe weather at our discretion. Waitlist Policy Patients may join the waitlist to be notified if an earlier appointment becomes available. If a waitlist opening is offered, it is first come, first served and may expire if not accepted within the stated time window.
